How to set all home videos to play in 720p

I use to play my home videos, from my computer, by the Emby program.  A few months ago many of them stop playing video or  sound.  I have to go to settings and manually set them to 720p each time I want to play them.  It does not stay at 720p.

Don't quite follow but there is no way to set specific library quality it is all or none.  Each client/app has their own playback quality settings that would have to set to your said value.
