Can't connect to emby server

Hi

Trying to connect to my emby server with the lg app. emby server version 4.8.8.0 lg app is 1.0.44. I try to connect manually, but I just get an error, "unable to reach server" Working from all other apps, including the webbrowser on the lg tv itself.

Yes, I use https. Tried both letsencrypt and zerossl. Same problem with both.

 Then you may want to try plan http as the LG TV's are very picky about what SSL certificates they will accept. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks.
