Sakashi 0 Posted August 18, 2024 Posted August 18, 2024 A lot of the times when I try to start a video, it gives the error "No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details" Tried to use the Convert function, but it still gives this error. After several attempts, it starts. Anyone got any tips for this? Example on this is One Piece in this log embyserver.txt
Happy2Play 9780 Posted August 18, 2024 Posted August 18, 2024 Can you post the ffmpeg log for that session also.
Sakashi 0 Posted August 18, 2024 Author Posted August 18, 2024 Seems like it's this one ffmpeg-transcode-4a2f1d19-69a1-4a74-8900-682420651a12_1.txt
Happy2Play 9780 Posted August 18, 2024 Posted August 18, 2024 (edited) Devs will have to comment as I am not seeing any errors just looks like the transcode just stops. But looks like you have a set client limit of 7Mbps is that needed? If not can you raise the client playback quailty to allow it to direct play? &VideoBitrate=6808000&AudioBitrate=192000 &TranscodeReasons=ContainerBitrateExceedsLimit,DirectPlayError Edited August 18, 2024 by Happy2Play
Sakashi 0 Posted August 18, 2024 Author Posted August 18, 2024 I may have figured it out. I changed the converter to mp4 and they start without issue. Might be mkv is more demanding or something
