Does download work or not?

Hello all!

Every time before my vacation I think I need to download some content from emby and whenever I try it it's unclear whether it works.

In a typical scenario, I select something and say download and it shows lately as downloaded.  But more often download gets stuck, on the server side shows "Ready to Transfer" and never completes.  In addition, when the download seemingly doing something in the "Transfring" state, progress is always 0% completion. 

This area seems to be user "unfriendly" 

Any clues on how to better manage it are appreciated.
