Problem With Aspect Ratio Control

When you’re watching a show in the old, 4x3 aspect ration you used to be able to click the settings button ( lower right of screen) and change the aspect ratio from “auto” to “fill” and it stretch the image to fill the screen. Now it doesn’t do anything.

That looks like the mobile app (Android app). This topic is specifically for the Apple TV app. Does your issue still apply?

That is the iOS app. It was easier to do the screenshots there. It is now broken in both apps.

Those are screenshots and photos taken with the camera. Can you not see them?

Or are you taking about the actual show files? They are mkvs.

Could you also look into making the aspect setting "sticky" to the TV Show/ Movie? It sucks having to set it every time you come back to watch another episode. It sticks until you switch apps, or even just shows/movie.

Would be great if it would "stick" the show/movie like Infuse does. You totally close the app for months and when you come back it is still set.

Hi, yes the idea of remembering has come up before and is certainly possible for the future. Thanks.
