How do i see which files i have converted

Hi. I have converted a number of movies and tv shows to put on my laptop but I have lost track of which ones I converted. How do I see which ones I have actually converted? I don't want to trawl through every single movie and tv episode folder to find them. Is there an easy way? or a separate library? Thanks in advance.
