Vantage Point plugin not detecting series parental rating

Hi there, am running Emby Server beta 4.9.0.29 with the Vantage Point plugin Vantage Point 2.1.0.5 to show parental rating bumper-media.

But it seems to work only for media with a specific parental rating assigned.

When a new TV series is added to Emby, a parental rating is assigned during the meta fetch but individual episodes have the rating blank... I presume this is by design.

When the episode parental rating is blank, the Vantage Point plugin does not read the parental rating at the series level, so no bumper media is played.

I did a quick search here and not sure if this has been answered or resolved?

HI, yes I think the plugin will need to be updated to go up the tree to find the inherited rating.

Cheesegeezer hasn't posted, or updated any of his plugins, in over a year, and hasn't been online in some months. Pretty sure Vantage Point is dead.

Unfortunately, Cinema Intros has nowhere near the number of features VP does, albeit VP's don't actually work for me. I was really keen on getting codec intros for Atmos, DTS:X, and 3D, but that project is now a complete waste.
