How about for toggling subtitles on/off? My remote lacks this but I may be able to reprogram a button if this call is possible.

I am trying to toggle subs on either LG App or Android App versions, my universal remote with a "Caption" button is not working in this way. Is there any other way to do this? Alternatively is there any way to hook into Emby with an API call or such that would allow me to execute different actions through something external?

These special keys are active on most platforms, it's just that most remotes don't have these buttons.

I'd really love a fully featured Emby remote if I could find one.

crusher11 1101 Posted August 26, 2024 Posted August 26, 2024 The LG app maps channel up and down to next chapter and previous chapter. I miss that shortcut since moving to ATV. I have a Logitech Harmony remote, I should be able to program in whatever commands I like.
