Emby Theater won't download from the Microsoft Store (Windows 11)

I've been trying to install Emby Theater for hours, but it won't even download from the Microsoft Store and it gives me the option to install but when I press it nothing happens.

On the install button, it is the first app from the Microsoft Store that has caused me problems installing it.

Hi that’s strange. Is windows up to date? It’s not an insider build of windows, is it?

But you can always look at the Desktop version.

The version of Winver in the image you sent is insider, it is not the stable version, and the problem only occurs with Emby because I can install the other apps. I will also reinstall the Microsoft Store and try again.

And yes, I have my Windows 11 with all the updates installed, also the Microsoft Store updated and the applications too.

I have already checked for updates and reinstalled the Microsoft Store.

Well now I'm worried because yesterday I updated all the apps from the Microsoft Store, but today I can't download anything, I can't even log in to Xbox. This is very strange. What is the command to completely uninstall the Microsoft Store and then reinstall it?

Can you even do that on Windows 11? I thought the store was baked into the OS.

Yes, it can be completely uninstalled but it is from PowerShell, even so it did not solve anything in the end I had to reset my computer to the last restore point where it worked and I managed to install the apps the Microsoft Store problem was solved apparently it was an error with .Net but I only solved it by resetting something strange but I am not the only one who has had problems with the store, now what Emby Theater does not connect to my server says it does not exist hahaha it is one thing after another 🤣🤣.image.thumb.png.f2956c8e11598c77c2bea41c32d1c714.png

Have you checked your network type to see if you are Private or Public?  But usually points to firewall issues.

Yes, I even disabled it completely, maybe it would help to say that I am running it on the same computer where the server is.

Well that would suggest a install issue as it should automatically apply the required local loopback fix.

 

But personally you will be better off with the Desktop app as it is not as limited as the store app.

What do you mean by using the Desktop App? Are you referring to the web version?
