CrystalDiskInfo Boot Drive Reports Critical Warning

Should I be concerned about this showing in CrystalDiskInfo? I'm not finding anything telling me what the issue actually is and things are running smooth. I'm I merely approaching EOL for this NVM E Drive?

Do I need a plan of action to replace the SSD?

YMMV (as everyone's may), but considering that drive is apparently rated at 200 TBW, I'd say with 600+ TB written you've got your money's worth out of it and yes, IMHO you do.

The MoBo has two NVM E Slots. How to port from Drive to Drive for a Seamless Switchover of the O.S. and everything else?

Number of third-party solutions available: Acronis, AOMEI, EaseUs, Macrium Reflect... read a bit and pick one of your preference.

I already run Macrium Reflect so I should be able to do it without issue. I'll read up more on it on their website. Thanks for the tips!
