EMBY Connect for server as a whole

Looking to see if there is a way for users to login to my server via 1 central EMBY Connect account, followed by them going to the login screen for local accounts, similar to that of a Plex setup.

The obvious answer is to just have them join via IP, but using email/password is easier to remember both for them, and myself if i need to recall it on the fly. Currently I have it set to an invisible guest account, followed by instructions to switch user.

Why not allow users to create their own Emby Connect account with their own email and password, then assign that email address to each local account?

Not really as every users would have to potentially manually add your server to Connect for their devices to be recognized so no different than direct connection.

Connect is linked to a specific user account and can only be added on one account to automatically link that user to your server.

Mostly for older folks or the tech illiterate within my family.

I can set them up with a profile in Netflix/Plex in a matter of minutes using the predefined email and password, vs having them make an account through EMBY Connect. I'd like it so that I can do all the legwork so it's just "here you go, enjoy"

Fair enough. I have a similar situation and for those people - I create the Emby Connect account on their behalf, link it to their local account and tell them to login to Emby Connect on their device with their email address and <this> password. Pretty much the same thing.
