Remove the download icon button if the function is disabled in user se

The "download" button/icon should not appear in the application, if the function has been disabled in the user settings.

Where exactly are you referring to, the Downloads folder via bottom control bar?

No no I'm talking about the icon that is in the smartphone application !

Can you show an example as if user download is disabled you have no download options.  But will always see the download folder in the bottom ribbon control bar.  As ribbon buttons currently are not configurable.
