Cannot shuffle on 'Artist' view in a collection

I have a library with 'music videos' as the main type, with the default set to Artist view.

When I press 'shuffle', I get the error "no playable media was found, are you trying to play an empty folder?"
Although I can see multiple videos listed below, and they all play perfectly fine when I manually play them.

Of note, I can shuffle on the main “Artists” page, but as soon as I go into any artist page is whew the bug is occurring.

The artist page below. The shuffle button at the top is the culprit.
Here you can see a valid item that has been played successfully. and the error that appears when shuffling. This happens on all of my artist pages.
I've tested on Chrome and LG apps, both have the issue.

I think so? I can only see the 'Artists' view in a Music Library. In this library I have a bunch of different artists with different videos I've put their name on. I don't know what the videos themselves are classified as.

All of the other views with 'play' or 'shuffle' at the top is my 'movies' or 'series' libraries, such as the view types of 'folders', 'episodes', etc -- those play buttons all work fine. This is specific to my 'music video' library.

Anything else I can share for this one? Or do these bugs get tracked somewhere? For more info this seems platform independent, I've hit the same bug on Android, LG, and web browser.

Hi, checking back and providing some more info as well -- 

Shuffle works on the page that shows all artists / people
Shuffle does not work if you go into an individual artist and then click shuffle.

I can say I see the same testing this.

Only tested in 3.9.0.30

 

I guess to add to this Music Videos are not added to the list/queue when shuffle is selected on Artist only audio tracks.

Will guess sort of by design as the view is mixed as Artist is a global view not a per library ie Music Videos view and do you want to shuffle music or videos?
