Remember position but hide from continue watching

Is there any way to not show continue watching for an item on home, but remember where you left off when you view in the library or collection?

Is the only option for this to constantly “remove from continue watching” after I view titles? Or can I do this on a library basis, to exclude from home?

Yes, this feature would be useful especially when watching some 'educational videos' in hidden libraries.

From user perspective could be as simple as flag in the library indicating - " Library listed under Continue Watching? " triggering the same 'Remove from Continue Watching" automatically for a particular library.
