zysljd 3 Posted August 11, 2024 Posted August 11, 2024 Recently upgraded from 4.7.X to 4.8.8. but encountered the problem of not being able to scrape The media library type is movie The scraped file name is:X:\Scarface.1983.BluRay.1080p.DTS-HD.MA7.1.x265.10bit-BeiTai\Scarface.1983.BluRay.1080p.DTS-HD.MA7.1.x265.10bit-BeiTai.mkv I looked at the logs and realized that the problem is with https://api.themoviedb.org/3/search/movie?api_key=x_secret2_x&query=Scarface.1983.BluRay.1080p.DTS-HD.MA7.1.x265.10 bit-BeiTai&language=zh-CN&year=1983 It's not possible to get the information of the movie in this way. Return information {"page":1, "results":[], "total_pages":1, "total_results":0} I manually changed it to:https://api.themoviedb.org/3/search/movie?api_key= x_secret2_x&query=Scarface&language=zh-CN&year=1983 There's something in the results My question is, I have always had this file format, what is the problem now. Why is it getting all the file names instead of just "Scarface"?

zysljd 3 Posted August 11, 2024 Author Posted August 11, 2024 I've noticed a pattern, new files put into the media library are recognized correctly, but old files are not. The example above is an old file. The file format is the same. I don't know what's the difference between old and new files?
Luke 42079 Posted August 11, 2024 Posted August 11, 2024 HI, please try using the Identify feature on Scarface and see if that helps. Thanks.

Scraping metadata for "Scarface" alone doesn't work, but as long as you move the folder out of the media library and put it back into the media library folder, it will scrape properly. Hi, what do you mean by "scraping"? What exactly did you do? What exactly happened?
