Emby Theater will NOT open

Every time I try to open emby theater the icon appears on the task bar but nothing will make it maximize.  The mouse over preview on the taskbar is completely white.  I tried uninstalling/reinstalling emby theater and the installer crashes at the "opening emby theater" step (I did not do the remove all traces option). I tried uninstalling/re-installing the server as well just to see if it would help but it did not.  Other clients (web, android, roku) are all able to connect to the server fine.  In this case emby theater is installed on the same machine as the server.  Windows 10 machine.

Really appreciate any advice.
