I didn’t know that HarmonyOS will be in public beta on October 8th. You haven’t started adapting yet! Really unresponsive

The 4% is just those users in China.

The Huawei chair said in a speech in April:

The company is currently working to build the HarmonyOS app ecosystem in China and will then target other countries, the executive emphasised in the speech.

So, not outside China yet.

But if limited to a specific country it will not be that easy to just make an app.  But every produce in the world will not get their own client, if just won't happen on any software.  I will guess something is lost in translation as I don't understand the tone of this topic.

HarmonyOS has passed iOS in usage in China, so to someone in China it will seem like a big deal.

using huawei phone and tablet, it work previously but now getting error to update the server which is the most updated version from the website

That's usually because something is holding a file open which is preventing Emby from updating.  Rebooting the host server on which Emby server is running should clear that, or it may be possible to update manually by overwriting the system directory.
