sleeplike 1 Posted August 8, 2024 Posted August 8, 2024 Hi all! Everything was working correctly in both installs of mine until I decided to grab Emby Premiere, oddly enough, though I know it's likely unrelated. One install is in a Docker contain in OpenMediaVault, and those logs are attached as (local). The other is on a remote server I use for sharing media with my family, which are attached as (server). Both appear to be updated to the newest, non-beta version of Emby. Some files will work while others refuse, so I'm almost wondering if this is related to codecs/containers/etc. or perhaps something with the database itself. After thumbing through 5 or 6 similar threads, here are the things I've tried: -remove library and re-add -remove library, scan library files, re-add -disabling automating port mapping -checking permissions -refresh metadata (and the same while filling in the missing metadata) Let me know if you guys have any suggestions or require any further information here, as I'm at my wit's end. I'm currently ready to nuke both installs and start over. Luke 42077 Posted August 8, 2024 Posted August 8, 2024 HI, can you try chrome for comparison purposes?

It's also failing on the Apple TV app, so I'm assuming it's server-related rather than app-related, but you're the pro! I also forgot to note above, but I've rebooted both servers multiple times. embyserver.txt ffmpeg-transcode-dcebd4f0-513a-48ab-8c3e-aea94ce7d743_1.txt
Lessaj 467 Posted August 8, 2024 Posted August 8, 2024 Is it only Abigail that's having an issue? I see it in both logs, there might be a data issue with the file. Quote Error opening input files: Invalid data found when processing input

Happy2Play 9780 Posted August 8, 2024 Posted August 8, 2024 It will be impossible to troubleshoot two servers at once and each really needs their own topic. But this will be issue via WhatBox as it does not have everything Emby and users have to build almost all dependencies manually and the netcore package is really generic without everything. But there is not much we can troubleshoot on these somewhat franken builds as there are many topics on this provider. But your local system appear to be really underpowered and can not process media fast enough. speed=0.273x But per the topic title are you still saying both systems provide no compatible stream as the logs would appear to say other wise.

I haven't had issues with the local system until this week, unfortunately. Both systems have played everything I've thrown at it and then some. Maybe this is the perfect excuse for new hardware lol. 1
