Luke 42077 Posted August 7, 2024 Posted August 7, 2024 Hi there, can you please provide a specific example? Thanks.
netzkapitaen 0 Posted August 7, 2024 Author Posted August 7, 2024 I installed emby on Linux Debian 12. I added the folder with the MKV files to Emby and let it search the library. But it only found mp4. That's weird. Because that just didn't work. I installed Ubuntu with Desktop and emby here too. On the desktop it plays the mkv without any problems. On emby after adding it, it only found mp4 files from the folder that you can play, but no mkv files. As if it doesn't see mkv files at all. The same thing with Linux Mint. All codecs installed. So vlc and ffmpeg. And already done 10 new installations. Still nothing.
