Synology DS916+ replacement recomendation

Emby has been running on my synology nas 916+, been working well for the past 4-5 years, through docker I have = Navidrome, paperless ngix, Radarr, Sonarr, Lidarr, Readarr, bazarr, watchtower, recently it looks like is slowing down when the library is scanning for Emby and Navidrome

What machine and what OS will you guys recommend, my main concern is power because it will have to be on 24/7, and the quieter the better size doesn't matter but will be nice if is small.

I found the MS-01 with the i5, and was thinking on using Ubuntu server or Windows 11, Proxmox looks nice to play with but seems to be for someone that will use the machine many virtual machines.

I know how to use linux and windows, and proxmox looks super simple.

HI, I wouldn't suggest Promox, but any mainstream linux OS or Windows would be a great choice.
