Tag whitelisting not working on movies

I have tried creating a user with media content whitelisted by tag.

 

I set the tag on a tv show and it shows up for the user. I have also tagged three movies but not one of them shows up. I have used Bulky to copy the tag on the show to clipboard and then paste it to the movies. Just to be sure.

I even rescanned the libraries. No dice.

What could I be doing wrong here?

Have you confirmed on movie detail pages that they actually have that tag attached (scroll down to About section or check in Edit Metadata dialog)? 

Do you have any Parental Ratings controls set/selected for that user?

Ah, now it's clear. The maximum parental rating was set to FSK-0. So that obviously blocked my setting of using both rating AND tag.

You can always use Custom Rating field to increase or lower (override) PG rating of an item for access control purposes.
