Nvidia Shield App gets disconnected from the server (Windows 10)

Hi, my Wi-Fi and router were changed a few weeks ago; the old one worked perfectly, but I'm renting here. I am having problems with my apps; Nvidia Shield and my Android phone, They connect from the server when I turn on my computer, but they get disconnected randomly after a while. After that, those apps never find the server, even though it's working on the PC. Sometimes I turn off the wifi and then turn it back on, and it works, but it's not doing anything. I found some blogs about PORTs and the firewall, but I already did all that. Please, any help?

Hi.  This sounds like an issue with your network but let's look at an example. Please attach the information requested in how to report a media playback issue. Thanks!
