Any Xreal Beam Pro owners had any luck with SBS video?

So the android app is completely unusable (video goes full screen to glasses obscuring control overlay) but the web app runs well. Only problem I'm having is SBS videos, can't get them to work at all. If I connect glasses (Air Pro 2) to PC the 3D works as long as I set aspect ratio to fill but that doesn't work when using Beam Pro, the images are not aligning correctly. Looks like the mismatch between the Beam (2400 x 1800) and the glasses (1920x1080) is causing the problem. Currently the only way I can play them is to download first then play with the internal player in Nebula OS. Only just setup device so I'm on latest version of all software.

Attempted to play SBS video through web app on Xreal Beam Pro in Air Cast mode (mirroring which by-passes Nebula OS). With aspect ratio set to fill the picture is misaligned and you can clearly see double objects (not ghosting), the other aspect ratios are even worse. Native resolution of the Beam is 2400 x 1800 and the glasses 1920x1080.

Server log attached.

Does the device support 3D SBS?

It does indeed. FWIW, it does actually work using the Android Emby app, thought I had tried it already but I guess not in mirror mode.

The glasses/beam have 2 modes.

The Nebula OS is a 3DOF mode that runs on top of android, the android app does not work here as expected for either 2D or 3D content (blank screen, something to do with Emby forcing full screen extended display mode on second displays I'm told). The web app works for 2D but no way of turning on 3D mode (this is a current restriction of Nebula OS, only built-in player supports 3D).

The second mode is mirroring. No 3DOF here, it's essentially cloning the beam screen to the glasses. Android app works for both 2D and 3D content, but web app only works for 2D, the web app in 3D mode is badly misaligned regardless of aspect ratio chosen (Fill is closer than the others but still a way off).

Anyway, I can live with above situation (though the app working in Nebula even just for 2D would be preferable), thanks for taking the time to have a look.

OK we'll look into it, but as the web app is limited by the browser video player, I'm not sure what we can do. At the very least, you'll probably want to make sure that videos are direct playing. Your example above is converting the audio due eac3 not being supported.
