Can’t log in and can’t connect to server

When I try to log into Emby on my lg tv it gives me a pin and I sign in online and it takes me back to the page to either log in or connect to the server. When I try connecting to the server it says unable to reach server. Same thing when I try on my iPhone. I’ve reset my internet and that did nothing. Please help.

Where is it installed?  Can you reach it with the web browser on that machine?

On my lg tv and it does the same thing when I do it through web browsing and same with all other devices I’ve tried to log in on..

There exists no LG TV server, only client app. I would assume you have mistaken Emby for a streaming service.

With the information you provided, noone can help you until it is determined what are you trying to do/what (or whose) server are you trying to connect to. 

And it certainly ain't your "own server installed on LG TV" (according your answers quoted above) as there is no server software for that platform.

I’m not sure what more info to provide. Obviously it’s the app I connect through on the LG tv

That is client app - it needs to connect to a server.

Hi.  Please contact whomever gave you access to their server.  If you were paying someone for access, they were doing that outside our terms of use and they may have disappeared (with your money).
