Updating m3u playlists (created outside of Emby) no longer works?

I have a number of m3u playlists that were created outside of Emby (stored on my NAS). After upgrading to 4.8 I can no longer add or remove tracks to those playlists.

The emby user has the required permissions (nothing changed on the server or storage from when I was running version 4.7).

Playlists created within Emby (i.e. saved in /var/lib/emby/data/playlists) don't seem to be affected.

Had hoped upgrading to latest version would fix it but still seems to be an issue in 4.8.8.0. Is there a fix for this?

Hi, yes it works just fine. Make sure to run a library scan after editing.
