Best Way to Migrate Emby Live TV Settings from One Server To Another

I recently built an upgraded home server which I plan to run emby from in my homelab. I have migrated emby to new servers multiple times before without issue, but this will be the first time I'm doing so while using the Live TV series & recording functionality. I noticed in the backup and restore plugin wiki that the following is mentioned:

What is the best way to backup/migrate these live tv recording & series settings from my old W10 server to my new W11 server?

Hi actually the backup plugin does now handle live TV settings.
