Graphics error when browsing library (WIndows, all browsers)

Hey, this is not critical and it doesn't happen all the time, but I have noticed this phenomenon when using the front end on Windows. It does the same no matter what browser I use.

Sometimes the previous screen I was looking at stays on the screen and is overlaid by the screen I wanted to go to.

Clearing cache didn't do anything. And the server is up to date. Any thoughts?

Not sure how to answer. I was simply using the interface and it started doing it. It wasn't doing it when I started working with the UI adding movies to the DB over an hour ago. But it began about 15 minutes ago. I can refresh the screen, and that clears it, but it starts again after a few pages of browsing.

EDIT: Now i'm clicking around and I'm unable to reproduce it. The only difference is that my internet bandwidth is no longer high.

Random but have seen it but can not reproduce it like a cache issue.  F5 corrects the issue when I see it.

 

Would have to look but pretty sure mentioned in other topics.
