Cannot connect iPad to Emby running on an iMac

I have Emby running on an iMac and can connect my Apple TV to it without problem. However, I cannot connect my iPad running on the same network. I get the message that the iPad cannot reach the server. What might I need to change? Thanks

Hi there, have you tried doing a new server connection and entering the server address manually?
