I've tried various troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling, updating drivers, and adjusting compatibility settings, but the problem persists. I suspect there might be a conflict with another program or a system configuration issue. Luke 42077 Posted July 28, 2024 Posted July 28, 2024 Hi, that's strange. When you uninstalled, did you check the box to remove all traces? Did you try rebooting the machine?
