Random Freezing and Pixelation During IPTV Playback, Requesting

Hello everyone,

I've encountered some issues while using my Emby server to play IPTV streams provided by my ISP. Specifically, the IPTV streams are provided through an OpenWrt router which uses the UDPXY plugin to convert them to unicast. During playback on the Emby client, I experience random freezing and pixelation. These issues last for about a few dozen seconds before recovering, but then they occur again in a loop.
