Emby Theatre Windows 10

My Emby Theatre 3.0.20 picture keeps freezing. I have to click on Back and then Resume and it plays again. It is not buffering. Also, the Emby Theatre on my Android box on the TV never buffers. Any ideas why this happens in Windows?

Hi - It says I must give you the Emby Server logs - I don't have the server on my computer - The server is at my friend's house and he says there won't be logging on there showing my playback issues - I checked the Emby Theatre logs on my computer but they don't show any problems.
