Consistent Synology DS720+ server connection issue

Rarely log in to Emby, but almost every attempt to access saved media creates an "unable to connect to server" issue.  Admin and user permissions already set to read/write status in DS720+ NAS. Any advice or fix would be much appreciated, thank you!

Thank you, I've attempted to connect through the web application as well as through my Synology DS720+.  Both options are unable to connect to the server.
