I want to stop a video being played by another user.

On the server dashboard, "Now Playing" shows the video being played, but only one of the several users does not see the pause and stop options. Only "Send message" is displayed.
What item will this setting be?

Hi.  It is not a setting.  Some apps/situations, will not allow remote control so the options do not show in that case.

It changes depending on the situation. I agree.
There are no settings, so don't worry about it.

Although it's not as bad as the scenario, there are some people who don't respond to contact, including on social media, and I wanted to end the video playback as a warning.
I felt it was too early to deactivate my account.
