TV Show "Columbo" will not scrape no matter what

This is frustrating.  I have deleted everything, removed it, then moved it back and no matter how many times I do this the show will not ID.  If I manually enter the IMDB, TVDB, or TMDB IDs manually, one or all it still will not identify.  But when you go to the show and select the blank picture for the overview and season listing page down at the bottom under "Links" looks like:

And if you click on any one it takes you to the proper Columbo page at that site.  How can this be?  This is insane.  I have been messing with this for a couple hours and no matter what I try it will not identify.  Even manually.  Is it possible the server is down, because my internet is fine?

You have a network communications issue as all communications do not work.

Snippet No host is know and Timed out errors to poviders.

Possibly DNS, ipv6, VPN, or possibly security software.

I have no security software.  Is this something a cycling of my router or maybe rebooting may correct?  All other internet stuff is working.  Kids are upstairs playing games online or watching Netflix so I know the internet is OK.

Possible restart this system but all Emby communication is down.

That solved it, thanks for the quick reply.  I had just enough time between recordings to do a reboot.
