Feature request: Clickable "Filename" field in table view

(Sorry for all the threads, but in my experience it's easier to keep track of things if there's one thread per subject.)

Would it be possible to make the "Filename" field also open folder items in table view? Currently, you can't really hide the "Title" field without losing the ability to open the item, unless the item is considered a media item, in which case at least you get a play button.
