Any way to prevent Emby from buffering live tv?

My proxy is already buffering and I'm trying to speed up channel tune.  It takes 9-11 seconds to start playing a channel.

Hmm.  I read your link. nothing in the log.  It plays back fine.  Just takes several seconds to start playback (this is on a wired connection to an apple tv device).  and it plays for 1-2 seconds, pauses for 1-2 seconds, and then resumes playing.  I'm assuming this is buffering or transcoding that it starting up.  Just wondering if there is a way I can prevent this buffering or transcoding (at least to my local clients)
