External subtitles with external players

Hey, I just installed Emby and set it up, and it looks great, works great. Felt like a fresh breath of air after other media server options. Only thing seems to be missing is, forwarding of external subtitles to external players. And I thank you for allowing everyone to use external players.

My suggestion is, I know its possible, if it is not such a hard and core thing to do, please add forwarding of external subtitles to external players. I've been using Just Player for a long time, I even have my own fork of it and its the perfect player for me. Emby's own player is great too but it has some scaling issues that I hate because I mostly watch everything in my phone, and I still haven't seen any player that scales content better than Just Player, even VLC doesn't do it well.

Also, it seems like Emby's own player is struggling in my phone, a lot of stutter. Which is weird, I'm using Redmi 12 Pro 5G, not exactly a weak device. Just Player has no issues.
