Opensubtitles rate limit

Opensubtitles has a rate limit of 100 downloads/24hrs.

 

Please update the plugin to recognize the returned error code and stop trying for the specified time limit.

 

My servers alerts page gets taken over by failed subtitle download notifications every day:

HI, the plugin does recognize the rate limit, and should prevent direct requests to opensubtitles for the next 10 minutes once that happens.

That doesn't appear to be happening. I have 50+ of these errors in a row.
