Add "Refresh metadata on locked item dropdown" on Refr. metadat dialog

Hi,

Please add a new dropdown on the Refresh metadata screen for locked items and/or locked metadata with at least 4 options: not locked items/metadata (default option), locked metadata (exclude locked items), locked items (include locked metadata), all. The current behavior is refreshing all items, including the locked ones. On a large library this is scary... I hade a large library with 1000+ movies in it. Most of them locked after a manual review. The full story is: When I locked down about 600 items from the 1000 I occasionally refreshed the entire library. Before the refresh about 40 items is misidentified so I corrected the identification and some of them are edited manullay but after the refresh metadata Emby had refresh all data, so I needed to start over again the review because I don't remember all the modifications...

My understanding is that Locked media will not refresh.  So am not sure how an already identified item can me misidentified unless it already contains bad providerids or no providerids in which case there is no online metadata to refresh.

Sorry, with older version (4.7.x) the library refresh updates all items (maybe a bug, not tested long time ago). With 4.8.8.0 it's not refreshing so the topic can be closed.
