Music but no voice audio

I am using media player on Xbox One accessing Media Browser 3 on my PC.  I am not savvy on this stuff so please forgive any ignorance I expose.

I just found the Media Player on Xbox last night, prior to that I was using IE on Xbox and in that player I have no problems getting music and voice to work.  If I play the same video through the media player I get music but no voice.  I *think* it has something to do with DTS?  Can I convert the audio using a video converter to something that will work?  What do I look for on the file to know if I need to convert it before use?  Any info you can provide will be helpful as I educate myself on this.
