The second problem is that after entering Emby for the first time, and waiting for a minute or watching, the program rotates and returns to the main page. I don't see it over that timescale; but the present version of Emby for iOS for me opens normally, then as soon as it reaches the home page it goes back to logo and redraws the home page. It's no big deal, but is mildly irritating - it recalls the behaviour of a lot of web pages in my Opera browser, which will display the page then wipe it and display it again. Paul

It causes the problem, and the repeated subtitles issue is annoying. They released an update last time, but the issue is still there. We want a fix, and we want the best for Emby."

I updated and the problem itself did not change. iOS users know this. I asked more than one person and found that they suffer from the same problem even after the latest update.
