“Collections” is a nuisance and I want to delete it.

Hello.
I made this because I wanted to see what the collection was like. I thought it was something I didn't need, so I looked for a way to delete it. However, I could not find a way to delete it.
I found that it can be hidden in the settings. However, since this has to be done for all users, I cannot do it in my environment.

The problem is that there is an unnecessary "Collections" on the home screen. Is there any way I can delete it?

You mean you have an Empty Collections library now, correct?
