I too am suffering from this error on certain files. 

For the most part I don't have any problems reading.

it is therefore on a terramaster TOS6 424 pro with emby 4.8.8.0 installed from the terramaster software manager (so not in docker)

So stupid, all transcoding was disable for me in user management.
