Restore / Export all Users with playstate

Hey

I am running a new Server and want to restore / Import All Users from the old Server on the new one incl all playstates. But without the library. 

Is there a way to Do that? I was thinking about just copy the users.db 

Will that work?

Currently the Backup/Restore plugin does not do this.  But for users you need the users.db and for userdata you need the usersdatas table from the library.db.

But if you are Premiere you can copy the users.db to new install and use the plugin to export userdata from old backup into new system this will be sort of dependent of same server versions also.
