Wheres the Emby Support??!

I'm very confused how an app can have no tech support. Everytime I try to search it out, I get Emby forums from other people! 

My account is locked out and I want to know why!!

Locked where? Are you connecting to your own server or someone else's?

Your account at Emby is fine - you just posted using it.

If the server is not yours (in which case you would be the one to fix it), then you should contact the admin of the server you are using.

The Emby organisation is not a streaming provider.
