Adjustble Buffer Length for Live TV

Being able to increase the Live TV buffer from the server side would be really nice but that I guess is a separate request.

For example, most of my channels are 8Mbps and my Wife has an 10Mbps cap on her cell data speed - with the inconsistency of mobile data this can sometimes be an issue when it dips below 8Mbps for more than a couple seconds.. With a more reasonble buffer of maybe 20 seconds, these small dips in speed could be easily absorbed by the buffer.

Hi, couldn't you also lower the quality setting?

Probably could but I don't allow any transcoding on my server
