Playback stops out of nowhere

I have a home server built that has been running Emby fine, lately I've been having some playback issues though. Usually the playback stops mid way through or so, there is given no earlier indication that it's lagging or buffering it just stops. I've been looking through the logs and all I can see are some momentary weirdness but I'm having a hard time deciphering whatever the issue could be. Thankful for any help, logs attached.

I see the following start/stop playback using Google Chrome

Are all these examples of the issue ?

Does the issue arise when subtitles are not in use?

Does it arise on other browsers ? 

Does it arise on other Emby client apps ? eg emby for iOS or emby for android?

And do these mkv files play ok with other players ? Eg VLC

In all of these it was the Emby Web app that reported playback as stopped.
