HI, the server is unable to send out any outgoing network requests, not just to our server for plugin updates, but also to MovieDb for metadata.

Typical causes of this are firewall, security software or VPN. Can you look into those and let us know what you find?

Hola he estado revisando mi servidor donde tenía el emby y parece que estaba desactualizado su fecha y hora. Aunque eso también me pasaba en otra computadora, pero me supongo que como está alojado en esa pc, pues todos los datos los sacara de ahí. Igual gracias por la respuesta que me ayudó a percartarme.

Hi, I checked my server where I had the emby and it seems that it was outdated date and time. Although this also happened to me on another computer but I guess since it is hosted on this pc as all the data is taken from there. Thanks for the answer which helped me to realize.

ya tiene un buen de tiempo que no el programa no identifica películas y series lo que yo hago es agregarlos de forma manual
