Video Buffering constantly

Hi,

The videos I’ve been streaming began buffering every 30 seconds then play for about 30 seconds and buffer again. This keeps repeating. This whole issue started about last week. 
 

I usually watch at 4mbps and now I coldly even stream at 1mbps. I went down to 120kbps and it worked fine but the quality is way low. I tried going back up and at 240 it’s still having. Some problem. 
 

I have no issues with streaming Netflix or Prime in HD quality. Yet with Emby, it’s now frustrating as this buffering keeps happening. 
 

Any help is appreciated.

Please provide a specific example with server log and ffmpeg logs.

You can't really compare to Netflix as your hardware is not process the media it is already done for you.
