Cannot connect and play films

I cannot play anything from my DS218.  My husband passed away 12 months ago and since then I took over paying the monthly subscription.  Please contact me if you need any further information.

Who are you paying a "subscription to?  Emby is not a content provider, but charges for premiere mode, which boosts the performance of a server in some situations..

Whose server are you trying to connect to? - is it one your husband set up and you are still running (in which case you can get help here), or is it someone else's server (in which case you should contact them to resolve your issue).
